GMD Builders, Inc. was founded in 2003 by Gunnar M. Davis. Before it's creation, Gunnar provided construction management and product design to Davis Development Corporation for years prior. Working alongside his father, brothers and sister, Davis Development designed and built several subdivisions and custom tailored homes for hundreds of people throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
